New brewer here, just bottled my first wit beer last night, sampled it and it was great. It was an extract kit, as I move forward with my brewing I look forward to trying this recipe out.

Congrats on the brew. I just bottled my 3rd batch (1 and 2 gallon batches from starter kits) and started my first 5 gallon batch (dead ringer IPA) this past weekend. This is turning out to be one of my better hobbies/obsessions :)

Hello from W TN, Just started brewing about 3 months ago, found a 1 gallon kit at a discount store. Brewed it up and I was hooked. on my next trip to the discount store I found another kit, just like I had, and a "Mr. Beer" 2 gallon kit. Found out later that 2 co-workers were doing home...
