    Refilling/exchanging CO2 tank in San Francisco?

    Alliance (Berkeley, Oakland, Livermore) will refill or swap a 20# for $33 + tax... about $35 was my quote. One good thing with them is if your sticker on your tank shows you got the tank from them, they will exchange your tank for no charge even if it needs hydrotesting. I have an old steel...
