    Million Dollar Question...

    Either get a bigger pot or go with the inexpensive approach and buy a squirt bottle, fill it with water, and spray the wort before it boils over. it works like a charm

    Finally have a garage, time to move to full boil!

    I second that. I just ordered the Bayou Classic burner from Amazon last Thursday and it is supposed to be coming today. Unfortunately I wont be able to brew again until August because I will not be at home. But it seems like it is easily the best deal for your dollar.

    Working on a Shock Top clone

    I love Shock Top. Something I have always wanted to try to clone is the Wheat IPA beer they have. Im not sure where to start with it but I have yet to see someone try to make it.

    Couldn't get Wort to rolling boil... Will it turn out fine?

    Thanks guys! I am moving into a new house at college so it probably doesn't have the strongest stove. I think I am just going to invest in a turkey fryer over the summer as well as a temperature controller so I can make some different types of beers efficiently, including my favorite lagers...

    Thanks guys. I was boiling 2.5 gallons at the time which eventually became a 5 gallon batch. I'm not too worried about it, I just wanted to make sure I avoided any problems in the future
