Honestly TheWorm and I find it very comfortable and easy to use with the curvature of the handle when stirring in our new keggle. We have not used a straight formed paddle to compare it to, but I support and push anyone who is willing to do an abstract / non-traditional design, makes it more fun...
Sorry I should have said why I was looking for the internals/parts. I was curious to engineer one up /fabricate one. Taking some design, materials, solidworks and rapid prototyping classes, and wanted to see if I could make a working piece
Does anyone have part files for these by chance, if they are even out there? Instead of just a solid assembly. Opened up the pump in solidworks and tried to do a cross dimension view but it was solid on the inside, not sure if that is normal or if I did something wrong. Thanks in advance.
No finish, you don't want to seal it with any chemicals. All those nasty chemicals leeching off into the mash. I personally left it unfinished/natural, however I have heard of some people sealing theirs with butchers blocking oil (oil that's used to seal cutting boards)...which might be the same...
