I was there yesterday. I find that I will use any excuse to drop by, then the pints start flowing and I leave all inspired for the next batch :tank:
Other than the brewpubs mentioned above there is also a pizzeria (IL Vicino Wood Oven Pizza & Brewery) and brewery in the same area as Phantom Canyon and a brewstore/brewery a bit farther away http://www.oldwestbrew.com
I did one that turned out wonderfully. I used 6 vanilla beans split in the secondary and a 750ml of good bourbon in the bottling bucket with the priming sugar. After a couple of months this beer has aged well and is very pleasant with a good vanilla smell and a sweet bourbon after taste.
