    Dark Belgian Ale Question

    So I bought a Dark Belgian Ale kit from a local place. The kit came with Rock Sugar but reading the directions, there is no info about it. I'm unsure when to add this. Steeping? Boil? Could use help ASAP qas I want to start brewing 10 minutes ago. Thanks!
