Well, when I was in the process of transferring my AW to a bottling bucket, I let the siphon slip down and stir up some of the yeast. Now that I have had it in the bottles for a week or so, the yeast that was stirred up has settled in the bottles.

I couldn't really find any Apfelwein labels to use on my bottles, so I whipped this up. Thought I would share if anyone wanted to use it. Let me know what you think...
I was wondering this as well, but I have a 7.5 gallon pot and 4 gal pot. I just don't think I am going to be able to get 6 to 6.5 gallons of wort to a boil on my stove, even with the pot insulated. And I'd like to keep it as simple as possible.
