FWIW, I made a mini-mash of the AHS recipe referenced by Firstnten several weeks ago. I'll keg it this weekend and tap it around Thanksgiving. I'll let everyone know how similar it is to the Sam Adams. It wont be dead on b/c the profile doesn't match, but it should be w/in the ballpark.
I've got a dual tap edgestar kegerator and because of the beers I'll have on tap this fall, have a need to have one tap CO2 fed and the other Beergas fed. There's only a hole for a single gas line through the back of the unit.
Wondering if anybody's safely drilled a second hole in this...
In another week I'll be kegging my second brew (5th overall). The irish red I kegged first came out great (other than I should have been a bit more aggressive force-carbing it. It recovered and got to the right CO2 level after about a week.)
