    Plum Cider?

Yes they tasted very nice. I'd not seen yellow ones either, it would be a shame not to use them for something. At least I've a year now to plan and make a press / decide how to do it.

    Plum Cider?

small yellow Plums fall into my parents garden from a neighbours tree, about 5 buckets worth. i'm wondering about pressing them, next year for the juice and see what i end up with. does anyone here make this as a type of cider?
