Made a few adjustments to the malt bill and also the hop stand brought up to 30 minutes. Took out the 15 minute warrior addition too.

Thanks, I can't remember the reason, but I listed Morris Otter instead of 2 row. Might even go back to the 2 row. Probably go half and half with oats and wheat though get it up to 15 percent between the two, combined. I was working on the hop stand and it kept throwing the ibus way off with 30...

Hoping to get options and input on the recipe below. Trying to emulate the northeast style ipa, with a variety of hops. Not sure if these hops play well together or no, and never done a whirlpool before. Also not sure if I should ad wheat into the grain bill or stick with oats for the Haze...

Well these grew about 5 feet and then I had to plant them somewhere else. Pacific Gem. Built a 15 foot pvc pipe trellis. We will see how it goes, sadly accidentally snapped off a couple of the top shoots but the side ones are Taking over already. We will see how this goes for already traumatized...

Brewing this tomorrow, but was trying to balance out the hop schedule. Curious about people's take on this, with the combo of hops and such. Also have Eldorado, equinox, Columbus, more Nelson, Chinook, and cascade to work with. So, rather flexible on the varieties at this point. Input is appreciated

CA hop grower here, anyone know of any sites still taking orders for rhizomes? I was trying to lock down some different not so common varieties (Pacific Gem, sorachi ace, warrior, or others) but seems that it's getting more difficult to get varieties as of late. Any help is appreciated

Trying to recover my all galaxy ipa grain bill but it's not on my phone right now... I want to say it's was like 10 pounds 2row then a small amount of Cara 40 for color and additional abv, should total about 12 pounds all together

Has anybody tried pairing these two hops before in an ipa? If so what would be a suggestion for a good hop schedule? I have 2oz packs of these two (total 4oz of equinox and plethora of galaxy) and curious how they pair. Any help is appreciated
