    Are you going to live in your storage container for the month? If not just store them where you are living.

    Girlfriend picked up the AHS creamsicle and I was blasting her for buying it. Got to admit after having it definitely not a bad beer. Not my style but all my friends love it and have filled the tip jar with money to buy the kit again. First time the cheap bastards have done that.

    Cool. I am engineer by nature so I tend to get hung up on following directions to a T and being exact. Probably one of those hobbies that I have to learn to let go of that.

    by thinner do you mean 1.50 quarts/lb? Also, what is an acceptable level of stirring? i.e. every 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes?

    Always double fry french fries. I stole Keller's idea (yes well aware hte man uses Sysco fries in his restaurants): Russet potatoes Wash under the faucet Put in cold water in the fridge ofr a couple hours Drain and pat dry Heat peanut oil to 330 Drop fries in batches (oil will drop to 325)...
