thanks so much for the response and information i just adjusted the temp for a more warmer environment and it is forming abit better within 10hrs of doing it, i do have a tap on the jars so a few more days in the warmer temp and ill begin my taste process
im growing my own scoby this brew has been sitting for 6 days now i have 2 gallons (1 gallon) each and need some advice or help. is it coming out good or still too early to tell?
