First thanks for the awesome thread. I started my first batch 4 weeks ago tomorrow and everything went exactly as described. Tiny bubbles, funky smell, liquid clearing nicely. I'm ready to bottle but I have a few questions. I would like to carb a few bottles but I have no idea how to do that...
