I would like to try to make some cider. Like to try with non-alcohol to start with. But every thing in google looks more like a juice than cider. Plan on use fresh squeezed apples an if I need a sweetener raw sugar. Other than that I'm at a loss. Any help would be most grateful.

I mixed up bout 1 lb salt, 1 cup sugar, gal water. Added in some pickling spice and garlic powder and soaked over night bout 12 hrs or so. And ribs an chicken was awesome. Smoked ribs bout 6 hrs an chicken bout 5. Tasted great.
ya just going to get started in brewing and need to keep cost to minimum. What would be a good brew to start with maybe a dark ale or something along so lines? Thanks
was just wondering if the water bottles that's they sell like at Walmart with lids and a spout they have them in 2.5 gal, an 1 gal containers would work for fermentation carboy? Thanks
Been smoking for 10 yrs or so now, but never really got in to the brining of meats. Just starting to play around with it. Put a whole chicken and a pork spare rib rack in brine last night to smoke today. Looking for some good brine recipes. And some advise on brining. Thanks
