I have a plate chiller and use it with my grain father. I didn't like the connections on the counter flow chiller that came with it and the plate chiller works well.

I have 6 five gallon pin lock kegs for sale asking $30 each for local pick up. If you take all 6 I'll take $150. They are definitely used but seam to hold pressure and liquid well.
Tempting I've been looking a building one but this would a easier way to go. I live in Arlington but I'm out of town until next Monday so I'll keep my eye on it. Good luck with it and you still have it on Monday maybe can do something.

Thanks for all the help and advise.... I like the link that was posted about the biag method cool stuff. I also liked the posts on making a mash out of a cooler. Do you not need a second for a hot liquor tank for the sparge? Thanks again for the advise.
I'm thinking about making the switch to all grain brewing and was wondering if anyone would comment on how they made that leap and a less expensive way to go about it. Thanks for any advise or comments you might have.
Thanks for all the help guys and I had no idea you could use so many different things to carb with. That's what is so fun about this craft is getting to experiment and learning along the way.
