I have recently discovered that I have something settleing at the bottom of my brews. When i hold them up to the light I can see a thin layer of something. I also help up a commercial brew and saw the same thing. What can this be?

Just bottle storage

I need some advice on beer storage. I am using an enclosed closet that is located in the garage. The temps can get as high as 80 degrees in the garage and closet. Is this going to hurt the beer I have stored in the closet, its out of sun light? What can I do to drop temperatures...

yes the bottles are already capped

I was bottling with my wife today and when we finished and capped all the beers i noticed she did not pour the priming sugar into the bottling bucket. Is there anything i can do to correct this.
