    When to yeast and not to yeast thats my question

    Fruit additions

    What fruit is good to add to cider? and when should I add it? In the past I have used raisins, dried apricots and dried pears. I've heard of using oranges any advice or info would be great. Also what about spicing the cider?

    Woohoo my yeast lives!!

    Thanks I almost always use sugar and 1 gallon carboys. This is the first time I have used my 5 gallon fermenter and zero sugar. All I added was a little honey but it works and I can't wait to taste it. Thanks for the advice every bit helps I love all the info you guys have and are willing to share!
