My opinion is that sanitizing beer lines is a waste of time. I use BLC to clean the lines, and then let the beer flow. Never had an issue with it... As always, YMMV.

Mine is close to yours, but not quite as bad, and I don't use it except maybe diluted 50:50 with distilled for sparging. I buy distilled water from a local purveyor of water.

Actually, yes, you can type the umlaut over the u... Hold down the "u" key and it will give you all the options. Works with other letters as well, and the zero key will also give the option of the degrees sign.

I'm with SpeedYellow here... I use the powdered exclusively, and I typically just use a small amount of water with a sprinkle of BKF (just enough water to let it "flow") with couple sheets of paper towels. Never a problem removing deposits on the bottom of my brewkettle. No need for scouring...
