Nevermind. Ruby Streets site actually cleared it up. Literally just doubling up on mash tun and Boil kettles.

I've seen places advertise adding a 4th kettle to double your batch size, but they don't explain the role of the 4th kettle. How does this work? I've done some searching and have come up mostly empty handed.
