Pretty new to brewing, let alone all-grain. I just put together an oatmeal stout recipe with my LHBSS guy, which included the 1/3 lb of Carafa III I had leftover at my house.
Totally forgot to grind it!
It's fermenting away in the carboy... we'll see how she turns out. :mad:
