    I have the 6.5 Foundry too. Do you use a bag in the malt pipe or just put your grains right in the pipe? I feel like grains fall through the pipe.

    so I brewed this today. And on paper I should be in the 7% abv range, right ? My OG was only 1.048. Anybody have any suggestions ? I also threw in my whirlpool hops loose instead of in a muslin bag this time. I’m just stumped. It’s like my fourth NEIPA I’ve brewed and it’s like I’m always at 1.048
