    What's the "weirdest" ingredient you've used?

    I used rosemary a couple times and liked it. Saison, IPA and in a smoky lager/pils, always at flameout.

    Bitburger - Dechutes colab, a DH Zwickel. Kinda underwhelming, not to say boring. Not bad, just not what I expected.

    I didn't even read the whole thing, I just wanted to post my experience with it. I use the AA after fermentation, the same time I dryhop.

    I use AA on every beer I dryhop, since... forever. It works for colour stability for a long time, for taste it just gives you some more month before the beer loses it's freshnes, thats my experience. My dosage ist 30 mg/l, so roughly 0,6 g/20l.

    HB US Red Ale for a competition in february. Very young, but i'm happy with it so far. I used the Conan yeast.

    My 12 beer of christmas 2021 german edition contribution. The spiced bourbon stout. I went with an imperial stout, 19°P. I used both the S04 and M42. The mix worked pretty good, it's almost a 10% abv beer. It didnt get as black as i wanted it, bc I ran out of CaraAroma, but I'm very happy with...

    HB Hefe, dryhopped with Solero. Made with the cheapest Hefe yeast out there, Angel WA18. Good stuff.

    Thanks, man. Since I made the first piwo grodziskie with 100% oaksmoke (which is a lot easier to handle than beechsmoke), I really like those kind of beers. This one is a crossover between a pils and a piwo grodziskie.

    Smoked Pils, pretty good, but still fresh... 18% oaksmoked wheatmalt, 44 IBUs, Saazer and Tettnanger.
