Well I must say your well equipped . I recently converted myself however I went the simple route with 5 gallon igloo coolers. The beer is beautiful and the process is very enjoyable . Cheers :mrgreen :

I would try even less pressure.Sometimes I kick it down to 5 if its over pressurized it usually evens it's self out.

Try wraping them in a slightly damp paper towel and storing them in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator .
