I started brewing in 96 while living in a Chicago suburb. Started with kits on the stove. I've relocated twice since then and am now retired in coastal Texas.
Primary
I ferment in a fastferment for 5 gallon batches and a 15 gallon inductor tank for 10 gallon batches. I've added a 14 gallon Fastferment.
