Nothing drastic. I added about 1 IBU of hops at 0 minutes, then chilled to 75C to do the hop stand, which I did for 30 minutes, instead of 20. (My hops were also rated at 11.4% in alpha acids, so I had to compensate for that in planning my brew day.)
I'm not a massively experienced home brewer...
Resurrecting this thread for no other reason than to say thanks for the recipe, NathPowe. I brewed a modified version of it a month ago and it's delicious!
