Planning to brew myfirst IIPA today, hows it look ?

Thanks for the feedback guys. Regarding the dry hopping, my first (only) experience with it was not so great. My first IPA was cloudy, my second was clear, the only difference (known) was dry hopping and using the secondary after 14 days for the first. So I’m apprehensive of dry hopping...

    Not a virgin anymore !

Yeah, I considered not going for the re-boil. Being a little "clinical", but after it started I was glad as a paper towel boiled to the top. I left that embarrassing fact out. :o I guess during the panic I dropped it in. Everything looks good. My second batch went without any...

    Not a virgin anymore !

Brewed my 1st and 2nd batches yesterday. Not without some excitement. Batch one – Everything going great (too good). Put the water to the wort chiller, hot water from the return line, then pop! About a quart or so of tap water into my boiled wort. F@#$, friggen clamp was not tight enough...

My Wyeast package looked like the Hindenburg.

My Wyeast was activated when I received it in the mail; package looked like the Hindenburg. Can I do anything with it? I received it ~ 8 days after they shipped it. I'm not planning on starting my first batch until January. I hate to throw away the little buggers if I can salvage them...
