I dry hopped my DIPA last weekend, after letting it ferment in the primary for 21 days and moving it to a secondary. Just swirled it a bit and now have this floating on the top. I still get an occasional bubble in the airlock, could it still be fermenting, or did I infect it when I racked it...

10 Gallons of Ed Worts Haus Pale Ale. 11,085 + 10 = 11,095

Enjoyed these yesterday as I brewed a pale ale and celebrated the holiday with a friend.

Adding to my growing list of brewing equipment, any advice on which to get first?

I've got 5 gallons of this in the secondary dry hopped by now. Looks great, can't wait to try it.

Wiesty - I did this the last time I brewed this and it worked great. I'm brewing 10 gallons of this tomorrow and will do the same thing, I will, however be using rice hulls as insurance.
