    Forgot to rack my mead...for 2 years.

    I'm ashamed to say that I never made time to rack my mead. It has been 2 years and I’m wondering what to do. Some Raisins floating on top with sediment below. It’s been covered and it has always had water in the trap. Should I toss it or is it salvageable? I also made a cider at the same time...
