Thanks for the help. I am going to be racking onto fruit anyway so I figured I will be able to cover any visual imperfections. Also, I worked with a 10# grain bill(5#wheat, 4#2row, 1#honey malt) and ended up with a 1.36 OG. Little lower than I expected to say the least. Not sure what happened...
Brewed my second all grain batch today. The grain bill was 5# wheat, 4# two row and 1# honey malt. Mashed at 151-152 for 60min. Boiled for 60min with the addition of 1oz Liberty and .5oz german hallertau at 60min.
