Thank you. I refrigerated it and tried it the next night. It tasted like Zombie Dust and was still carbonated.

My beers have been bottling for a little over a week. Last night I went to check the progress and opened one slightly. They was a hiss and then a resealed the bottle. I never took the bottle cap off of the bottle. I was wondering if I lost all the carbonation by doing this.
