    Storing brewing tools

    I recently turned my one spare closet in my apartment into my 'brew equipment storage area'. I bought a cheap shelving unit from Wal-Mart to give me more storage space and left enough room on the floor for my primary and secondary. It stays a constant 68-70 in there, perfect for my ales.

    Who's brewing this weekend?

    Big Ben Pale Ale and Amarillo Pale Ale (both kits from Midwest Supplies). Got my brother involved in this process with me and he picked the BBPA. Looking forward to a great brewing day on Sunday!

    First Brew - Irish Red for St. Pattys

    Looks good! I just bottled this exact kit last week and I can't wait to break open a bottle. It's my first time brewing as well and I hope mine turns out as well as yours did!
