    Rice syrup

Like in place of priming sugar? I usually don't use priming sugar since I keg.

    Rice syrup

So, I've happened upon 25 gallons of 42de clear rice syrup. A woman had it for candy making and decided to go a different direction. Surely I can use it for beer brewing somehow. My question is how do I best use it?

    Portable Kegerator Ideas

Been a while since I have updated this. I've got the shell about done. I'm gonna use a torch to bring out the grain in the wood. All I gotta do is order the shanks and add a few finishing touches.

Building a simple brew stand, need suggesions

Ok, so I'm going with my last thought. I got some copper tubing to put inside the cooler and I'll cut a part of the top shelf out so it can sit on the bottom shelf. I'm going to add a valve to the brew pot so I can send the beer right through the copper tubing and down to the brew bucket (the...

Building a simple brew stand, need suggesions

Here's what I'm thinking. Keep in mind it's just an extract/mini-mash setup. I'll put a wort cooling coil in the cooled and run it down to the fermentor. I might cut a hole in the top grate to drop the cooler down to the second shelf. Just add the hoses and heat shields. I went to a group brew...

Building a simple brew stand, need suggesions

I have this cart, it is 32" tall x 29.5" wide x 17.5" deep. I've got a turkey fryer. I do mini-mash extract brews. How can I best utilize the space?

    Stoopid question...

I'm building a portable kegerator and I'm looking for shanks... I've come to the conclusion that I don't know what size to buy. They will be going through 2" of material and I need the hose to be very close to the inside wall. How are shanks measured?

    Portable Kegerator Ideas

Building with one battery for all my tools sucks! I put a drain in the bottom of the bin and attached a tube that will run out the back near the bottom. I put expanding foam int the bottom to create insulation and secure the bin. The front and back veneer are on ( I used dry erase board, friends...

    WTB: Tower, shanks, faucets

I'm looking for cheap! I can make my own tower if need be but if I can find a cheap one then I'll bite. I need two tower shanks and faucets, used is fine. I'm building a portable kegerator for work functions and bbq's and now I wish I hadn't sold my single tap tower when I bought a double for...
