I didn't like the look of the freezer top so I threw that curtain on there.
And I need to make a drip tray. The stainless ones are super nice, but this is a budget build.

Just a minute. It was a normal wash, scrub, with a soft sponge and heavy rinse. And I'm a rinseaholic. I rinse the crap out of everything.

I have this same issue! I cleaned out a bucket with dish soap to use as a secondary for my limeaid wheat. Its been hanging out in the chamber for almost a week now after adding the simply limeaid. Just went and pulled a gravity sample, 1.008 BTW, and it tastes exactly like the dish soap I had...
Woke up early this morning to redo this batch. I couldn't wait till next week! It went well and I feel much better now.

I have to say thermometers have been my biggest source of frustration thus far. I was excited about an electronic remote probe one I got from wally world. Until it got wet and read about 80° off. I'll be picking the CDN up asap. Thanks for the advice.
