The instructions say that there are 2 options for adding the hops. First is to add 10 minutes before the end of the boil.. The second is to dry hop.. It doesn't mention what the differences would be. Why would I want to do one of these over the other? This would be my 3rd time making an extract...
I know the difference between the different processes of brewing but why would you want to do all grain over partial mash and partial mash over extract? Is there really that much of a difference?
That's perfectly normal. Honey will crystallize but if you set in the sun or in some warm water it will turn back to a liquid state. Honey is the only food that will never go bad if properly taken care of.
