5th or 6th time brewing this recipe. House beer. OG:1.052 FG:1.012

overall a pretty tasty brew. I need to dial in my water chemistry though and ph. Next steps....

Just had it there for a few minutes while I got my siphon and keg setup.

Dry hopping in the keg now. Down to 1.009 from 1.061.

I used breiss pale malt. I can't seem to find any CMC pale malt. If it were kettle carmelization, how would I rectify that? Pull back on the boil intensity? I use a bayou propane burner setup.

Yeah mine is a little darker than the real thing. Not sure how to change that.

Just Brewed this up yesterday. Subbed out Apollo for magnum. Added dextrose at 30 min. Pitched wyeast 1056 onto 1.061 OG. Pretty active fermentation after a day as you can see. It's swirling.

My third attempt at this one using the final recipe on ales of the riverwards blog. It's pretty awesome this time around, although all 3 attempts were great. This is becoming a regular brew for me. I dry hopped in the keg and used a jumper tube to transfer off the hops into a sanitized empty...

How long did you age it for after carbonating?

Just pulled this off the keg today. Great citra aroma and taste. 2 weeks grain to glass. Very dark and hazy.

Guys...need help in understanding my local water report (Pottstown, PA). Does this tell you guys anything at all. I can't find levels for Carbonate and Bicarbonate, Chloride, PH, etc.... Am i missing something or is this water report pretty much worthless and i need to send water to ward labs...
