I've had this scoby for about 2 months now in a continuous brew and the kombucha is tasting great and i've had no adverse affects from it. I'd like to hear your opinion on how it looks as I think it doesn't look optimal compared to the ones in other posts.
I left my homemade heater on my Kombucha today and when i got home it was warm to the touch. Is my Kombucha done? I can't say exactly how warm it was. not like hot tap water but i'd say warm. Its in the fridge now to cool it back quickly to room temp (i'll be taking it out soon).
