I just bottled my AHS British IPA last night. It sat in primary for 11 days and the FG was 1.11, basically spot-on. It wasn't cloudy at all and tasted great. Won't open a bottle for 3 more weeks, but I can't imagine it not being a good beer.

What nurmey said. Your beer is fine. I'd sanitize the airlock and just place it in the hole, then look for the airlock when bottling. There's so much CO2 escaping during fermentation that it's unlikely for anything bad to get in your beer. Once you've been in the primary for 2 weeks go ahead and...
