@ambiguator i have been washing yeast for about 4 yrs. i have found as long as u keep in a fridge u can reuse yeast 2-4 months later if it is on the longer side like 3-4 months i would suggest a starter before u use. if u are gonna store longer u should use a mix of 75% water and 25% glycerin...

i have been drinking my belma pale ale for last 2 weeks and love another homebrew buddy who has been brewing since 1983 also has tried and liked it so much he immediately ordered some. smooth flavor with a very nice berry flavor

and will use my gold medal winner that took 3 1st place awards ncluding brewer's choice which was brewed by wolf hills in abingdon va 9lb 2 row 1lb crisp c-15 and 1/2lb carahell. hop at 1st wort 60 min 10 and 5min with bulk of additions at 10 and 5min additions.

i also did 2lbs i will do a hoppy pale 53 ibu's and1.058 og
