My second brew was a RIS and I was dumb and drank the majority of them with my buddies as soon as they were carbonated. Last month I found one that was hiding in the pantry for almost a year.... I really wish I would have waited longer on the others.

I bought 100 ft of 3/8" vinyl tubing from coleparmer.com for about $20. Now if it still looks nasty after I rinse with sanitizer i just toss it and cut a new length.

I just got my copy of clone brews and im confused as to how much water to use in mash and sparging. Surely they arent all the same right?
