Hello all! I'm new to the forum and I was wanting to get some input. I just brewed my first batch of Cider. It is a Peach Ginger Lavender Cider. Recipe is below---
10 #'s Ripe Organic Peaches
8 oz Fresh Ginger
3 Gal of Water
3 #'s of Honey
Boiled together until peaches broke apart...
1. Harviestoun Ola Dubh
2. Deschutes Abyss (Currently have one, waiting until November till i pop)
3. Oregon Brewing Co. Black Flag
4. Crescent Brewery Tilted Kilt Ale
5. Payette Outlaw IPA
