    Is this mold or a healthy scoby?

    Hi Kombucha friends, I'm making a new batch of kombucha but I see some weird looking white spots on my scoby.. it doesn't smell weird (yet) but I can't tell if it's mold or not.. Can someone please give me their expertise on this? Thanks in advance!
