Just finished 2 kegs of this, spot on hey great nose on it and everyone who's tasted it can't believe I actually made it lol definitely a session beer I'll be doing again. Cheers mate.

Before I got a chiller I used to have a huge drama with chill haze, after getting an immersion haven't had a drama.. now moved onto a plate and its worth its weight in gold.. you save those three lost beers in what you would have drunk waiting for the batch to chill lol

Been brewing for 4/5 years and the only time I've had a problem with clarity is when I didn't give it a cold break and ended up with chill haze.. never used wirlfloc or any other clearing agents.. even if I've slightly shaken the FV just before bottling that settles out fine in the aging weeks..
