    SPORTS without CABLE?

I don't use Playon (yet), but my assumption is it's available on Roku as Playon is offering their 'lifetime' service package bundled with a Roku HD- https://www.playon.tv/buy/formEnterPaymentInfo.php?id=175 Edit: and the Roku LT- https://www.playon.tv/buy/formEnterPaymentInfo.php?id=155

    SPORTS without CABLE?

I'm right there with you, I'm tired of $100+ TV bills and the games cable plays with their fee's. I don't think any 'cable-free' setup would be complete without pulling in your local OTA channels. This is the best site I've found for help getting free OTA HD and standard broadcasts onto your...

Beer Sales being Pulled from Ebay

Alcohol laws and Ebay rules aside, I am confounded by breweries putting 'pressure' to limit these sales. I'm not saying these sales should continue if there are issues with legality, just that it's not the brewers fight. Instead IMO they should be saying thank you for the free marketing and...

    Hello folks!

I'm right there with you Keith. After a 20 year hiatus I'm all in- today I put my second batch in three weeks into the fermenter and brought home a 5gal corny kit from the local brew shop. Making beer is a blast and oh so rewarding. Enjoy that stout!

    Fermenting in a bottling bucket?

I prefer siphoning to a separate bottling bucket, but it's not necessary. Coopers makes an excellent single container kit that you ferment and bottle from. At priming, potential trub disturbing issues are avoided by adding hard candy like 'drops' to each bottle.
