Are you using any recipe creating software? Beersmith will help you with MT water, grain absorption, and sparge water quantities to reach your boil volume. Take good notes for the brew day, noting brewing liquor demands and boil off rate.

5.1% Session IPA. El dorado, Ekuanot, Amarillo.

I just brewed with El dorado, Ekuanot, and Amarillo at a 3:1:1 ratio, respectively. The resulting beer is resinous first, finishing with slight piney. Right up my alley.

When trying a new hop, I like to feature it, but support it with a familiar hop at a 3:1 or 2.5:1 ratio, in the dry hop. No whirlpool addition. Bitter modestly with a hop of your choice, but don't interfere with the target profile.

Care to share the malt selection for the toffee note? I've tried Dingemanns biscuit, and Carastan, but not getting the toffee forward presence I want.
