When you say one to test are you Referring to a pico pack you will brew, or a beer from a pico pack that they brewed in their lab?
Havent brewed that recipe in years would love to do it again.
Either way, can't you still ferment at lower tempatures? Isn't FF just higher tempatures but under pressure? Would the added pressure at lower tempatures make a difference if you just ferment in the fridge with the FF air lock!
Isn't the FF lock just a spring loaded airlock? Just put it in the fridge and use the FF airlock at traditional tempatures. Would the extra pressure at lower temps really make a difference?
I certainly hope they do. Call me a pessimist, but I fear that breweries are holding back because they know its not possible to replicate their beer using US-05 (or one of the other 4/5 dry yeast options) and the default Pico directions. If I was a brewer I would want to specify a specific...
