Started brewing about three years ago, now we grow three varieties of hops, working on grown our own grains. We started urban homesteading in 2013 as the kids moved out and decided time to have some fun. Also making mead, and other fermentable items, Currently running a fastferment conical 7 gallon and several carboys for mead and wine.
Future Brews
Working on various ales porters and stouts using everything from our own property. First all homegrown and produced was a crab apple brown ale. Next will be an all maple sap porter (using no water just maple sap from our trees)
