What if I wanted to have a very small amount of carbonation? Should I let it ferment completely allowing the gas to escape then add something when bottling or what?
This may be an odd question. I have a Lap Band which prevents me from drinking carbonated beverages but I miss beer. I am thinking about trying to experiment with home brew to come up with a suitable ultra low carbonation to no carbonation beer. Can someone tell me what sort of steps would be...
