I don't clean until it shines, it removes boil over and stuck malt proteins with ease, and cleans up the char from the burner pretty well. Just trying to give my two cents...

So I used my fermenting bucket to wash and de-label some bottles the other day. A few of the bottles weren't very Homebrew friendly(all of them were Atlantic Brewing bottles, actually) and I had to really scrub the labels and glue off them, they even soaked overnight! Well, I thought I rinsed...
