So, ive been using dextrose to prime. Now your saying I should use 1.55 times the weight to prime with maple syrup? I just want to be sure before I try this, I'd hate to lose a batch.

Alright. I'll try letting it sit longer... but I wanna drink beer now.

I've looked at carbonation tables, they don't say how long to let it sit. Or maybe I'm a REtard and don't see it

I have been kegging my beer for about the last three batches. I can't seem to get it to carbonate. I've let it sit for two days plus at 30 psi...meh, I've also tried the rocking it back and forth for fifteen minutes at the same pressure(as per Craigtube)... meh. Although I have had moderate...

I couldn't wait. .. its delicious. The vanilla gives a cream goodness. Cutting myself off at two.

Just took my final gravity. I ended up with 8 percent. Primed with dextrose. I'll pasturize tomorrow night.

Also the gravity is 1.070.

I just closed up a batch. I used, 100% juice, two vanilla beans, and a pound and a half of brown sugar... I'll keep you posted.
