It helps and thank you. However I actually picked up everything today needed to do the extract. One day, and soon I think I'll get around to "all-grain".
Hrm, I've typically only used a 5G kettle and simply added water during aeration. It's looking like a 10G might be needed, and I'm guess the preferred method.
